Wenchao Wang is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Wang has held the position as a partner at Dentons Shenzhen Office and as a associate in Zhong Lun Law Firm, Fangda Partners and TransAsia Lawyers, respectively.

Mr. Wang’s main practice areas are private equity and venture capital, M&A, capital markets and investment funds. Mr. Wang specializes mainly in the sectors of biopharmaceuticals, TMT, internet, consumer goods and advanced manufacturing. With abundant project and industry experience, Mr. Wang can provide whole process of legal services for start-ups and growing companies from angel financing to IPO, including financing, acquisition, equity incentive, restructuring, corporate governance, etc.. Mr. Wang can also provide efficient and insightful legal support for PE/VC funds in corporate investments, mergers and acquisitions.
