Ms. Ouyang has a sensible perspective in the family fortune planning field, breaking the traditional family business inherent ideas, and makes good use of years of experience in investment and financing M&A, and financial business to help many family businesses to establish equity structures and governance structures that take account of both capital diversification and inheritance, and assists family businesses to complete domestic and foreign equity financing from the perspective of ensuring family security, realizes the asset layout of domestic and foreign assets, and help the entrepreneur family from the actual needs, tax burden and other multidimensional perspective to complete identity planning.
