Hao Zhou is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Zhou has worked in several outstanding law offices such as Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati P.C., Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP for several years.

Mr. Zhou has both financial and legal backgrounds. He also has extensive experience in capital market, mergers and acquisitions, investment fund and cross border transactions. His representation includes overseas initial public offerings and going-private transactions, as well as private equity investment and merger and acquisitions, and fund formation matters.
