Xiaoxing Guo is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Guo worked in Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Mr. Guo’s practice areas are Private Equity/Venture Capital, Investment Funds, Capital Markets. Mr. Guo has provided legal services in hundreds of financing and M&A transactions, and his service scope includes designing transaction structure, due diligence, drafting, revising and negotiating transaction documents, etc. Mr. Guo's project experience covers fields such as life sciences, semiconductor, web 3.0, consumer, TMT and education. Mr. Guo has a deep knowledge of the regulatory policies in the relevant industries and the characteristics of different types of transactions, and is able to provide clients with custom-tailored and practical legal advice based on a quick understanding of the commercial consideration. Mr. Guo also provides clients with legal services such as equity incentive plan, private equity fund raising, and IPO.
