Stone (Sitong) Huang is a partner at Merits & Tree. Before Joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Huang was a partner at Dentons LLP, a Senior Legal Counsel and Special Expert Counsel in Walmart China, and a senior associate at JunHe LLP.

Mr. Huang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, foreign direct investments, outbound investments, capital markets, corporate governance and compliance. Mr. Huang has been recognized as the Leading Talent for Foreign-Related Legal Services by Nanshan Judicial Bureau of Shenzhen, he has provided a wide range of legal services to multinational companies, giant SOE, investment banks and private equity funds, and he has eminent experience in cross-border transactions and commercial negotiations, especially in the fields of advanced manufacturing, energy, TMT, life science and healthcare, real estate. Mr. Huang has provided legal services to clients from the US, Europe, India, etc. for their investments and business in China, and has represented Chinese enterprises in their various transactions in the UK, Australia, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
