Professional Experience

Pan Yang has a background in entrepreneurship in the legal industry with many years of experience. His projects have included law firm management systems, intelligent legal case management tools, large legal databases, smart legal advisors, legal service platforms, and digital law firms. He also possesses experience in business and management in both corporate and law firm settings. He has a wealth of practical experience in the intersection of "law + technology + the internet" and the digital transformation of law firms.

Before 2020, as a partner in a well-known legal technology company, he served as the company's CEO, overseeing management and financing, regional market expansion, law firm consulting, international study and training, and more. He visited thousands of law firms domestically and abroad and collaborated with tens of thousands of lawyers, accumulating a strong industry foundation and understanding.

After 2020, in collaboration with a well-known legal technology platform, he led the establishment of a law firm, serving as the Executive Director to build a startup team from scratch. He created the firm's operational, management, and operational systems from the ground up. Through an understanding of legal industry digitization and practical law firm management, he bridged the business logic and scenarios between online and offline legal services, achieving rapid business growth.

After joining Merits & Tree, Pan Yang serves as the Chief Operating Partner, focusing on law firm management and operations as well as digital capability development.
