Feng Zhou is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Mr. Zhou was a partner lawyer at Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Mr. Zhou has rich experience in the areas of investment fund and securities capital markets. In the area of investment fund, Mr. Zhou has assisted the government guide funds and market-oriented FOFs to invest large quantum of funds and has helped private equity management companies to set up a number of private equity investment funds. In the area of securities capital markets, Mr. Zhou has assisted dozens of enterprises to successfully list on the domestic and foreign capital markets, the industries of which cover TMT, medicine and medical institutions, entertainment and sports, high-end manufacturing, consumption, insurance, mining and so on.
