With the burgeoning new energy sector in recent years, we have established the New Energy and New Materials Industry Committee. We integrate the firm’s resources to connect the industry’s upstream and downstream sectors, positioning us at the forefront to serve growing niche markets like new energy vehicles, wind power, energe storage, hydrogen energy, as well as various different alloys, polymers and bio-based new materials, building an ecosystem within the industry.
The Committee serves multiple vertical sectors, including without limitation, new clean energy (photovoltaic, wind power, hydrogen energy, energy storage), lithium batteries and next-gen battery technologies (cathode/anode materials and precursors; sodium-ion/solid-state batteries; battery recycling), mineral resources and infrastructure (upstream mining; supporting infrastructure; international engineering & labor services; technology import/export & licensing), new energy vehicles (EV manufacturers, traditional automotive industry transformation, key component suppliers, auto-driving, and other comprehensive solution providers), advanced materials R&D (R&D and chemical manufacturing of alloys, polymers, bio-based materials), as well as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues as a standing research theme.
To enhance specialized services in the new energy sector, our Industry Committee has assembled a dedicated legal team with multi-disciplinary legal expertise across practice areas, industry-specific backgrounds and multilingual capabilities. This enables us to provide comprehensive legal services for domestic and overseas new energy and new material projects.
One-stop full-range services, guaranteed with best matched expertise.
