The industry sectors cover high-end manufacturing, fine chemical engineering, biomedicine, software, and information technology, etc. Ms. Cui represented multiple listed companies in their refinancing and major asset restructuring and provided transaction structure designing, documenting, permanent legal advisory services, and equity incentives under regulatory rules for multiple listed companies and IPO enterprises.
