He has represented investment institutions in investments across various industries, and assisted companies in various industries with financing and M&A transactions. He also serves as outside legal counsel for many multinational enterprises, private enterprises, and state-owned enterprises, providing legal services in respect of investment, financing, M&A, corporate governance, equity incentives, structural reorganization, company establishment and liquidation. He has served clients spanning technology, consumer goods, semiconductors, energy, chemicals, real estate, advanced manufacturing, biomedicine, medical devices, and culture & entertainment industries. He not only possesses extensive experience in PE/VC and M&A but also has handled many litigation and arbitration cases, enabling him to deliver end-to-end legal services for clients—spanning from transaction structuring and execution to dispute prevention and resolution.
