Mr. Fu specializes in onshore and offshore capital markets, FDI and ODI, PE Investments and M&A transactions, trusts and securities investment funds.

Mr. Fu represents, on a regular basis, numerous institutional investors and companies in their onshore and cross-border investments and M&A transactions, involving industries especially of automotive manufacturing, finance. etc.

Mr. Fu has advised a number of foreign financial institutions on the establishments of approximately ten JV fund management companies in China and the offering of more than thirty open-ended funds. Andrew regularly focuses on asset management business and advises a number of asset management institutions on their designing, establishing and operating asset management products and foreign banks’ structured products and trade financing. Andrew is an expert on QDII and QFII products and he has advised a number of foreign financial institutions on their QDII and QFII products.

Mr. Fu has undertaken a number of renowned companies’ IPO projects, involving industries of finance, insurance, automotive manufacturing, food, retailing, education and internet, etc.
