Represented China Overseas Engineering Corporation Limited in conducting country-level and project company due diligence, as well as drafting and negotiating the full set of EPC contract documents for the 500MW photovoltaic power station EPC project in Kyrgyzstan;
Represented China Xinxing Construction & Development General Corporation to provide legal advisory services on claims and counterclaims disputes arising from the Kamai Highway EPC project in Kazakhstan;
Represented Zijin Longjing International (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited to render full-process legal services including country and industry due diligence, as well as drafting and negotiating IPP and EPC agreements for the Aurora Gold Mine PV-ESS integrated power station IPP project in Guyana and the Rosebel Gold Mine PV-ESS integrated power station IPP project in Suriname;
Represented Taihao International Engineering Co., Ltd. to provide full-process legal services for the EPC+F seller credit financing project of the Riverrina photovoltaic power station in Australia;
Represented China National Machinery Industry Corporation in multiple overseas engineering and infrastructure investment projects, including the North Luzon Railway EPC project in the Philippines, the Indramayu coal-fired power plant EPC project in Indonesia, and the China-Belarus Great Stone Industrial Park project.

Dispute Resolution

Represented China National Machinery Industry Corporation in arbitration proceedings administered by Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre concerning EPC contract disputes with a Philippine railway company;
Represented a subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation in arbitration before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre over joint venture contract disputes with a Canadian machinery company;
Represented China National Machinery Industry Corporation in arbitration cases at the Beijing Arbitration Commission regarding supply cooperation disputes in Turkmenistan with a Beijing trading company;
Represented Tasly Digital Health Industry Group Co., Ltd. in civil proceedings before Tianjin Intermediate People’s Court involving equity incentive and partnership disputes with core key employees;
Represented Guizhou Guotai Digital Wine Group Co., Ltd. in civil litigation against Guizhou Guotai Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. over trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes;
