Since 2016, Mr. Hu has focused exclusively on distressed company rescue and bankruptcy‑related matters. He primarily acts as a court‑appointed administrator, helping companies overcome difficulties through reorganizations or achieving efficient and orderly liquidations. In recent years, he has been particularly involved in numerous reorganizations of listed companies and large enterprise groups, many of which have been recognized as landmark cases at both national and local levels.

Beyond his role as an administrator, Mr. Hu also advises bankruptcy stakeholders including investors, creditors, debtors, shareholders and actual controllers. He assists clients in using various restructuring tools to resolve debt risks, improve governance structures, or achieve orderly exits.
