Over the past decade, the total amount of the deals involved by Ms. Li has been up to billions of US dollars. Her clients cover leading investment institutions, start-up companies, and multinational companies in high-tech fields such as pharmaceutical and semiconductors. Ms. Li is good at seeking a balance of interests among parties in complex transactions, so as to facilitate clients to achieve their ultimate business goals with her professional legal services.

Prior to joining Merits & Tree, Ms. Li was a partner at Zhonglun Law Firm.
