Yaqin Song is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining M&T, Ms. Song was a general legal counsel at Beijing Dayue Consulting Co., Ltd. She is also an expert in the PPP expert pool of the Ministry of Finance.

Ms. Song is currently the head of the Sharing Center of M&T, responsible for the construction of M&T’s Perennial Legal Counsel Service team, which collaboratively supports 13 practice areas of M&T to provide comprehensive, professional, timely and efficient daily operation legal counsel services for corporate clients.
