Wenliang Zhang is a partner at Merits & Tree.Prior to establishing Merits & Tree, Mr. Zhang was a managing partner at one law firm.

Mr. Zhang has rich experience in the areas of distressed assets and special opportunities investment, structured financing and dispute resolution. In the past 20 years, he has provided legal services for a large number of non-performing assets acquisition and disposal projects, and assisted clients in many large-scale M & A projects. He has provided legal services about the troubled real estate and debt restructuring; represented a large number of litigation related to non-performing assets and investment and financing, covering the area of banking and finance, real estate, infrastructure and manufacturing, and so on.
