Bei Geng is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to establishing Merits & Tree, Ms. Geng was a partner at Fangda Partners and Haiwen Partners.

Ms. Geng has rich experience in the areas of corporate listing, PE/VC investment and financing, private equity fund establishment and compliance. Ms. Geng has assisted dozens of enterprises to successfully list on the domestic and foreign capital markets, including Shanghai, Hong Kong and the United States; further, Ms. Geng has assisted clients completed many investment deals with A share listed companies; and has completed many investment and financing projects on behalf of private equity investment institutions or start-ups, the industries of which cover TMT, education and training, entertainment and sports, high-end manufacturing, consumption, medicine and medical institutions and so on.
