Mr. Wang has more than ten years of rich practical experience in the areas of corporate listing, mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing, etc. He has provided dozens of companies with legal services such as company establishment, equity structure design, equity incentives, IPO, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, control transactions, NEEQ listing, perennial legal counsel, etc. The industries he serves cover basic chemicals, new materials, TMT, Biomedicine, high-end manufacturing, cultural education, etc. Business thinking within the legal framework, which taking into account customer needs and compliance requirements, is used by Mr. Wang to provide customers with flexible solutions, and to facilitate the effective solution of problems or the smooth conclusion of transactions.
