Professional Experience

Gui Fangfang is a partner at Beijing Zhide Law Firm. Prior to joining Zhide, Attorney Gui held partnership positions at several other law firms.

Attorney Gui's primary areas of practice are family law services and wealth management. She has successfully handled nearly a thousand cases involving domestic and international litigation, including divorces, inheritance disputes, property division, and equity disputes. Many of these cases have been covered by the media, including high-profile cases involving the divorce of founders and shareholders of well-known companies and the nation's first surrogacy twin inheritance dispute case.

Attorney Gui serves as a legal advisor to several private banks, providing marriage and wealth planning as well as inheritance planning services to over a hundred high-net-worth clients. She has participated in the legislative proposals for the Marriage and Family and Inheritance sections of the National Lawyers Association's Civil Code, as well as co-authored the book "Commentary on the Inheritance Section of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China." She is also a columnist for various newspapers and magazines, including "Wealth Management," "Marriage and Family," and "China Women's News." Attorney Gui has published seven popular legal books, including "How Law Protects Families," "200 Wealth Management Tips in the Civil Code," and "100 Hot Issues in Women's Rights Protection Law."
