Ping Zhang is a partner at Merits & Tree. Prior to joining in Merits & Tree, Ms. Zhang was a managing partner at Hubei Shouyi Law Firm and a partner at Zhonglun Law Firm.
Ms. Zhang's practice areas are real estate and infrastructure, Special Assets, Restructuring and Insolvency, Regulatory and Compliance, in which she has been practicing for nearly 30 years and has rich experience. Ms. Zhang has been providing regular and special legal services in the whole process of construction engineering, real estate development and commercial real estate operation, investment and financing mergers and acquisitions, land replacement and urban renewal, PPP and franchise projects to large central enterprises, leading real estate enterprises, investment companies, scientific research and education institutions, government urban construction departments.
