Benefited from his career background, Mr. Mao has extensive knowledge and experience in rail transit investment and construction and Transit-oriented Development. In addition, Mr. Mao has accumulated outstanding practical expertise and experience in the field of primary land development, leasing of commercial property, urban renewal and etc. Since practicing law, Mr. Mao has participated in a number of real-estate investment and urban renewal projects, and has provided legal service for a wide range of clients, including foreign companies, state-owned enterprise, listed companies, private companies and so on.
